BSCS / BSEE or Other Related 4 Year Technical Degree are eligible to apply

Deep understanding of and experience applying advanced object-oriented design and development principles

Strong & extensive exposure to Java programming and application development

Experience in working on Web based projects of large scale

Experience working on PL SQL / SQL

Experience working on JSP / Servlet, Hibernate framework and Struts

Basic understanding of UML diagrams especially Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and use case diagrams

Good understanding of java coding standards and best practices widely followed in the industry

Should be proficient in writing Unit Test cases using JUnit etc

Exposure to working on Production issues

Basic Unix knowledge

Basic knowledge on OO and J2EE design patterns

Strong debugging and problem resolution skills

Good communication skills & Good team player
