in voice based technical support process.
- Any experience with voice based Australian process
would be an added advantage

excellent Technical Skills and Logical Bent of mind.
Job Description:
- Provide technical support to dealers/contractors during
installation and troubleshooting within all six product categories (Intruder,
Video, Fire, Access, Hardware, Home Solutions) and on related peripherals
in troubleshooting, programming, wiring etc and ensure customer delight.
- Provide high level of technical support for the ADI
Australia sales team, Engineering Services Group and customers
- Have the ability to understand the common problems
faced in product installations
- Have the ability to troubleshoot and help the customer
in resolving technical issues
Develop skills on problem analysis - Have the ability to visualize the site conditions and
advise customer for most suitable solution
- Maximization of customer
satisfaction through responsiveness and quality of service.
