Candidate Profile:

• The candidate should possess BS and/or MS degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) from any recognized university.
• Must have the Internships experience and /or 0-1 years of related experience.
• Should possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be proficient in the Software Development Process, software testing life cycle and software configuration management as they relate to the process.
• Can work with minimal guidance and show initiative.
• Work on projects of medium to high complexity, and exercise judgment within defined procedures & practices to determine appropriate action .
• Should have the ability to work effectively in a team environment .
• Good resource and time management skills to successfully work on and drive multiple tasks at one time.

Job Description:

• The Associate Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring that solutions meet business needs by Auditing/Supporting the stages of the development lifecycle until Integration/Component Test Complete.
• Support developing and executing an effective integration test plan, including supporting documentation.
• Create the software integration/ component test specifications based on requirements spec and functional specification. 
• This will involve discussions with the remote Technical Leads and Architects. 
• Prepare Test Logs, maintain Test Results,Identifying, characterising and reporting defects found during testing.
• Involve in test closure activites(Like prepare integration and component test report).
