• Conduct dealer engineers training of respective areas. Coordinating with core support team for faster solution
• May require to give technical presentations on pubic platforms as and when required
• He will be also responsible for giving pre sales demo of UTM product and corporate products in coordination with sales team
• Handling local support calls
• Strong knowledge of Operating systems & Networking is must 
• Should be able to handle team of engineers
• Good Presentation Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written & oral
