• Transaction processing - candidate would be required to work on backend Insurance process
• Process standard technical/functional tasks with minimal supervision
• Complete all training requirements to meet SLAs successfully
• Meet all productivity targets set on a consistent basis
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office
• Good Analytical & logical reasoning skills
