Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Kolkata has released notification for recruitment of 3136 Trackman, Helper & Other Posts in various Divisions, Workshop and Offices of South Eastern Railway. Other details are given below:

Name of the Posts:
1. Pointsman-B: 104 Posts
2. Trackman: 1343 Posts
3. Helper-II: 1498 Posts
4. Safaiwala: 96 Posts
Age Limit: 18 to 33 years as on 01-01-2014. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Education Qualification: Minimum 10th or equivalent. Ex-Servicemen who have retired after putting in 15 years of service in the Armed force of the Union of India and have passed Army Class-I certificate are eligible.
Selection Process: Written Test followed by Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and medical examination.
Application Fee: Rs. 100/- in the form of crossed Demand Draft from State Bank of India or any other Nationalized Bank or crossed IPO from any Post Office drawn in favour of the “FA&CAO, South Eastern Railway, 11 Garden Reach Road, Kolkata-700043 payable at “KOLKATA”. (No Fee for SC/ ST, Women, minority communities i.e. Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists and Zoroastrians’ (Parsis), economically backward classes, PWD, Ex-Servicemen).
How to Apply: Send application in the prescribed format along with self attested copies of all relevant certificates, one passport size photograph affixed enclosed in an envelope super scribed as “Application for Recruitment in Pay Band-I `. 5200-20200/- with GP `.1800/- South Eastern Railway” along with the community/ category as applicable through ordinary post to Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Railway Recruitment Cell, 11, Garden Reach Road, South Eastern Railway, 1st Floor, Bungalow No 12 A, Kolkata-700043 or can also be dropped in the box provided in the ground floor of same address.
